About the free sample version of "HSP Connections"
The most current free sample version of HSP Connections (updated              ) includes basic listings of some of the more "essential" resources for HSPs, and is well suited to those who have just discovered the trait and want to get more information.

It includes a list of the most important books relating to the HSP trait, as well as some other book titles recommended by HSPs. There is also a section on Internet resources for HSPs, including web sites about high sensitivity and online discussion groups. There is also information about the "HSP Gatherings" and HSP workshops.
How to download your free sample copy of "HSP Connections"
Specs: The sample version of HSP Connections.is an Adobe PDF file you can download, view and print out from your computer at home. It works on both Windows and Mac based systems, but you'll need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free download already on most computers) installed on your computer in order to read it.

Printed copies of the sample directory are not currently available.

To download: The best option is to right mouse click on either of the two links below, select "save target as" (or "save as") from the popup menu and save the file on your computer to view and print at your leisure. Alternately, you can click on either link, which will open the directory in a new window, and then view (and print) it from there. However, please be aware that your computer and printer settings may result in some "unusual" formatting.
