A few words about our links pages
The HSP Connections "links" pages offers you a sampling of the most popular  HSP-related resources included in the printed "HSP Connections" directory. This area is divided into four sections:

"Learn" is a page of the most informative web sites addressing various aspects of the HSP trait. Although there may be similar topics covered on different sites, you'll have a fairly broad range of "information heavy" places to visit, offering different perspectives of living as a Highly Sensitive Person.

"Read" is a page summarizing the most widely read books about the HSP trait; each description has a direct link to the corresponding page on the amazon.com web site, so you can read more complete book reviews and use amazon's "what's inside" feature to read excerpts and sample chapters from many of the books.

"Discuss" is a page with links to the major HSP groups and discussion forums on the Internet. These are places where a Highly Sensitive Person can learn through online "dialogues" with peers. This can be a particularly useful learning tool for those who have only recently learned about the trait, because you will be able to ask questions of other HSPs who may have known about the trait for years.

"Connect" is a page with links to places the offer HSPs ways to make contact with and meet other HSPs, either through local support or social groups, or through workshops and Gatherings for HSPs.
