The Highly Sensitive Person is Dr. Elaine Aron's web site. It is thanks to Dr. Aron's research and books that the world has become aware of the HSP trait. Her web site includes a sensitivity self-test, information about her books, "Comfort Zone," her online newsletter for HSPs, a well as an "online store" offering a variety of books, tapes and other HSP-related items.

Highly Sensitive Souls is Jenna Avery's web site. Jenna is an HSP and Life Coach who specializes in working with Highly Sensitive individuals. Her site offers information and articles about the HSP trait, an online newsletter, and she also hosts a monthly free "Tele Gathering" for HSPs.

Thomas Eldridge's Highly Sensitive People web site includes a wealth of information about high sensitivity, as well as information about Thomas' counseling, coaching and mentoring practice. The site also has an extensive online directory of HSP-related resources, as well as the gateway to the web's largest "Virtual Community" and interactive message board for HSPs.

Highly Sensitive People is Jim Hallowes' web site. The site offers information about the HSP trait, as well as many insights into the challenges and issues facing an HSP/non-HSP couple across various aspects of daily life. The site also has an online "HSP Gift Store," as well as information about Jim's activities in the Southern California HSP community.

HSP Work is Barrie Jaeger's web site. Barrie is an HSP, Work Purpose Coach, and author of "Making Work Work for the Highly Sensitive Person."

Sensitive Living is Heather Costello's beautiful and informative site, covering many aspects of HSP life, from physical traits to psychology and spirituality. Also includes pages on conventional and alternative healing.

Life Works is Jacquelyn Strickland's web site. Jacquelyn is an HSP Counselor, Coach and Workshop Leader, as well as the organizer of the annual HSP Gatherings. Her site includes information about a wide variety of HSP-related topics, including an extensive article on the different "HSP Subcultures."

HSP Survival is Ted Zeff's web site. Ted is an HSP who's a Psychologist and author of "The Highly Sensitive Person's Survival Guide." His web site includes many useful coping tips for HSPs, as well as an area adressing his specialty, insomnia.
